More than fifty years of experience in the sector make our workers professionals capable of managing the demands of our customers. The more than 250 workers that each year join us each capture campaign have the qualification and practice required to satisfy all orders.

Casa Alta, has facilities of 2500 m2, dedicated to the reception, production and storage of the different products that processes. For this we have the latest machinery for the processes of selection, cooking, processing, sorting, package, packaging and freezing.


Our activity is developed throughout the year. Being in spring and summer, coinciding with the natural cycle of catching the crayfish, where our production reaches its maximum. Our facilities, together with our team of professionals, allow us to process more than 20 tons of freshly caught live crayfish daily in cooked and frozen product in the different formats demanded in the sector. The 12 tanks prepared specifically for the maintenance of eel, allow us to keep our product in the optimal conditions to cover great demands with the best quality.
